Apsley Holiday Extravaganza – November 18, 2023 – 10-4pm
This is a juried event, bringing you the best and most unique creations, handmade by local artists and artisans just in time for the holidays. You’ll find pottery, jewellery, glass work, local farm produce, wreaths, fabric art, soaps – bath – body care, metal work, wood work, handmade chocolates, clothing, fine art, Native American art, food goods and more. There is also a special Christmas Café to enjoy while you browse.
Admission is $2, or a non-perishable food item for the North Kawartha Food Bank.

Apsley Studio Tour – September 16 – 17, 2023 – 10 – 5pm
We look forward to having you all visit our studios September 16th and 17th, 2023 from 10 am to 5 pm.
The Apsley Autumn Studio Tour is renowned for the quality of the artists working in a variety of disciplines. Located in the North Kawarthas, many of the studios are tucked away in beautiful, scenic locations where our local artists and guests present new and exciting works created specifically for this annual event.
The 2023 tour includes 11 studio locations presenting 30 artists and artisans whose work encompasses a wide spectrum within the disciplines of painting, jewellery, glass art, sculpture, fabric art, pottery, felting, and metalwork. Immerse yourself in a weekend of interesting and engaging art set against a backdrop of beautiful fall colour.
Miskwaa Art Studio & Outdoor Art Gallery – July 1 – August 31, 2023
If you like nature and art the Miskwaa Studio & Outdoor Gallery offers both experiences at no cost to the public.
All are welcome to come and visit with friends and family (pets inc.) to wander and peruse original art hung under nature’s shaded cooler canopy with plenty of area to social distance or wander down to the river for relaxation in the summer months.
The Studio and Gallery is open daily from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm and is located at 250 Edwina Dr, a short 10 minute drive between Bobcaygeon and Buckhorn along County Rd 36.
